Jono Stephenson ' I can't save you' I played this at my first big gig with Agents of time and I will remember it always - The whole room went wild, I knew from that moment it was going to be the start of something life changing

What’s your go-to outfit for a show? (Details, please.)

T-shirt or a top with jeans and a cool jacket. If I’m playing somewhere that is cold, sweaterand jeans and a jacket

Do you dress to blend in or stand out? (And why?)

Stand out - I love creating a moment and even with style, having a unique look is just as important to gain recognition for being unique and most importantly by be just You!

What’s one non-negotiable before you hit the stage? (A ritual, a snack, a moment?)

What inspires your style off-stage?(Street, vintage, trends, whatever.)

Street and vintage - I love thrift shops, I don't own designer gear, I love to give back to the world and help others! I often shop in charity shops and find absolute gems.

What do you wish more people understood about being a DJ? (Give us the real talk.)

Looking DJS' can't be good - This statement completely makes me loose my mind. I love proving people right in a non arrogant way.

The amount of energy, time, life savings I have put into making this work is crazy. I don't stop, there's so much people don't see, the tears, the moments I have wanted to give up. It can be very dark at times but you just have to hold your head high and just keep being you, play the music you love and of course know how to read a room.

There can be a lot of jealously floating around, I try to always be positive and resilient - I also have never followed a crowd, people may either love or dislike me, but that doesn't bother me as I have got older.

Both my mum and sister passed and I'm doing this for them and they would be so proud that I'm following my dreams with not much help but my own resilience to createy own brand and sound

If your sound had a color, what would it be?(And why?)

Blue - I wear a necklace which I found when my mum passed and it seems to follow me, it makes me feel strong and safe ( aqua marine )

What do you represent? (philosophical connection to AOC)

I only work with brands or collab with are inline with my ethos AOC shows support and a genuine connection with their artists who wear their brand. As soon as I saw the
Collection it felt truly perfect with my style and essence, the collection gives unique and a brand that allows you to just be yourself and to style with comfort with an outstanding eclectic and electric vibe
