Returns

At Agents of Chaos, we stand behind the quality of every piece we create. Due to the nature of our products—and for hygienic reasons—all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item you received is defective.

To avoid disappointment, we encourage all customers to carefully review product descriptions, measurements, and sizing charts before placing an order. If you have any questions about fit or materials, feel free to reach out before purchasing.

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us at info@AOCBrand.com within 14 days of delivery. Include your name, order number, and clear photos of the issue. Our team will promptly review your request and follow up with next steps.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund as well.
